My boy Spooky has two whiskers at the top of his mouth that curl upwards, like an evil cartoon character’s mustache! So cute! Sort of goes to prove my online buddy Tribble’s theory that all cats are EVIL. 
Last night, watching TV curled up under a blanket and with two cats on my lap, Julius crept up onto the comfy chair. Echo had left earlier and Dusty was sleeping soundly, so he took the chance to get close to his big human buddy, and was rewarded with a couple hours of warmth and petting. Eventually Dusty woke up and chased him off, but it was nice while it lasted.
The other cat on my lap at the time was Spooky. At first, he curled up against Echo, but after she left, he skooched over and laid his head on top of Dusty, who surprisingly didn’t object. After a long while, though, Dusty got up too, allowing Spooky to stretch out his large body all along the top of my legs. What a lap hog!
I haven’t mentioned the cats in two or three posts, so I thought I’d give a status report on all of them.

I bought myself a Logitech Harmony 1100 Universal Remote Control because I quickly got tired of dealing with four remote controls (TV, A/V Receiver, TiVo, WD TV Live). In short, this is the best universal remote I’ve ever seen or used.
